Succeed to Lead works exclusively with Dr. Connie Ingram. Dr. Ingram has been an executive coach since 1998 and a psychotherapist since 1989. Her experience as an entrepreneur and CEO of her corporation gives her an edge that other coaches may not have. Her approach is based on fostering a new sense of awareness and responsibility in each client. This allows clients to reach new heights in personal or professional development, and helps them reach goals once believed to be unobtainable.

Dr. Ingram has coached groups and individuals and she has worked with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the U.S. Army, hospitals, and individuals from many career paths. She has a Master's in Psychology, a Master's in Resource Development, and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
